He has almost 2 decades of experience as an Engineering & Management professional in the Manufacturing & Aerospace industry and worked with Global companies across UK and India. Previously, Ravin has worked with leading multinationals and had led significant projects with companies such as Rolls Royce, Tata – Boeing, Sikorsky, Gardner and Jaivel Aerospace. He worked at various levels starting from Design and Project Engineer to the Head of India Operation.

Ravin has repeatedly Build & Operated Multi-Location Multi-Culture Team and worked longtime as Head of Business Strategy for opening new opportunities between India and UK. He always uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He is a community person supporting young startups and entrepreneurs in their journey as a leader of the startup grind Rajkot Chapter and various other community initiatives.
